Catlin, the receptionist was fantastic, 5 stars. My stars decrease for the Regus system overall; I signed a contract for 6 months with the intent of being home for the summer instead of the ad hoc membership - contract agreement language had a 90 day automatic renewal process that I missed, and I ended up having to pay for 3 additional months that I didn't use at all. Don’t let these guys get your credit card number. They will charge you non-stop for nickel and dime stuff. They will not allow you to cancel. There system simply will not allow you to cancel. No matter what you do there software will not take cancellations (In store staff have tried to help- even they say the system will not allow them to cancel) and they will keep charging. The staff are super nice and helpful in providing our needs. The building, offices, restrooms and kitchen are kept clean. great office to work in
