My experience with Regus has been disappointing from the very beginning. The customer service from the office at 401 Michigan has been extremly poor, from adding fees for mail delivery that i clearly stated several times i didnt need. To taking months to refund my money from these slick fees. Called in Oct 2024 to cancel my agreement with manny, followed the steps. Agreement to end in May 2025.
