We booked a one-off room for an on-site event for our company. The room and location were fine but since then Regus has made it impossible to pay them while adding late fees to our bill. I created an account and added a payment method which apparently did nothing because when I log in it shows no invoices at all. I also tried following a payment link they sent me but it won't allow me to input any information. I have called a few times and either been disconnected or routed to the online help desk which never gets back to me... read more
I've just recently procured office space here and it's been great so far! The atmosphere is ambient, the culture appears to be welcoming, and the prices are reasonable.
