Customer Service very rude and forcefully applying collection practices to my business account on office space unused told to either use the service or be hit with more fines and collections regardless of if I use the service or not and the customer service was tyranical and very condescending. Terrible conditions, temperature differences between 60 and 86 in one day. Dirty dishes, worst restroom you have ever seen. No one is cleaning the restroom for months. Terrible conditions at an enormous price. The Management is not present and is not taking care about any claims!!! Everything else, but REGUS. RUN RUN RUN!!!

Unfortunately, I've had a less than satisfactory experience with this company's billing department. I used their office space and co-working services. The front office staff was fantastic and even tried their best to help but were unsuccessful. The staff and the office space is the reason I'm giving this three stars and not one.
