We rented office space for a week here and it was a wonderful experience. The meeting space was nice and simple and free of distractions. The rest of the facility was clean and quiet and a perfect place for our team to meet. They also offers so many amenities such as printing, coffee, etc!
I only put the 1 star to make this review. I only wanted to have a place for my mail. Although I had made plans for more in the near future, gee whiz, I'm out $158.80 , and I cannot get ANY HELP...AT ALL.. I REFUSE TO GO IN BECAUSE I KNOW I WILL ACT THE FOOL, BUT I WILL NEVER EVER REFER, DELIVER, SUGGEST THIS AGAIN...I WILL HOWEVER SEEK SOME LEGAL REMEDIES FOR MY MONIES... THIS IS A JOKE.. PLEASE DON'T USE...I WANTED ONE PHONE CALL... JUST ONE... GIVE ME MONEY BACK..I REFUSE TO LET YOU EVEN HANDLE 1 PEICE OF MY MAIL
Big conglomerate company. Very basic space. Nothing welcoming or warm. No services in walking distance.
If I could, would give Regus zero stars. I have been wasting hours of time with this incompetent organization for over a month on getting our refund deposit. I keep getting the run around without anyone taking ownership or responsibility other than: " We are looking into it" or "so sorry, and hate I can't help". The way my account has been handled is unacceptable. I have now contacted the corporate office in Dallas for resolution and will be sharing my horrible experience to corporate about their local office in Charleston w... read more
