Heads up! The building is not 24hrs. We booked a Meeting room with a start time of 8:30am we arrived a few minutes before to set up to have the room ready to find the whole building locked. If you schedule a start time of 8:30 be sure to have your clients arrive at 8:45 so you have time to set up before they arrive.
Just arrived at 12:15am to check in after cancelled flights and delays and got sorry system resetting, can’t give you the room you paid for have a set for 20mins. Completely exhausted this is Unacceptable. Reset it in the early morning hours like 2-3am or have a way to get me a room. I should NOT have to wait. Will never stay here again!!!!!!
