Definite scam, my access card died after a couple months into my lease so I couldn't access my office space, called every 24/7 number i could find for assistance, no answer. 4 months later, still no access or card replacement and now they are engainging debt collectors and initiating court proceedings against me for unpaid rent (which I stopped because they STILL hadn't fixed my access). Biggest waste of time and money. I'm going to fight them in court.

What a scam! DO NOT SIGN UP, rooms cannot be cancelled and once you sign up (even half way, before aborting due to the request for them to hold your credit card details) the scam phone calls start. In the past 24 hours have received at least 25 calls from the Centre. Google first, they are a nightmare and cannot believe Canberra Airport have collaborated with them.
