I booked a reservation for an office rental on 3/20 through Davinci Meeting Rooms and Regus is a partner. When I arrived on time for my booked time no one was staffing the front desk, and the customer service at Davinci could not get in contact with the missing staff at Regus. I waited over 30 minutes on hold and no one showed up at the office, or responded to customer service’s outreach. I’m appalled at the lack of professionalism. I didn't have much problem here at 1 Mifflin Pl, Harvard Suare 2 Fridays ago. Today the environment is more than a little hostile today. I will consider cancelling my rental. Also, this state, Mass, has laws to stop national origin workplace harassment. It may have occurred here this morning. There are severe penalties. At this time I will say I know the law. I know people want to do their work and keep to their work. But also there is a place to make an effort against this.

I have multiple companies in different locations throughout the U.S. utilizing Regus workspace. I have been working with Regus for five years now. I have found them to be a terrible company to work with. The decision makers and the "help desk" are far removed from the client. When you have an issue, you will first bring it up with your center manager, who are normally great people who want to help, unfortunately their hands are tied and have no authority to make decisions.
