If there was any possible way to provide no stars, we absolutely would! Our contract was transferred to another location without our approval. When we explained to them that the new location in LB would not be feasible for our company they said they would help. SPOILER....... THEY DID NOT! We ended up paying them more just to get out of our contract, and we asked numerous times if this would be it and we would not have to deal with anymore unknown fees and they said yes. DO NOT SIGNUP for Regus. There are several other office space options in and around the Los Angeles area that are more professional, less expensive and more willing to help. I signed up with Regus in August 2023 and did the pay as you go option. However, Regus has been taking $125.10 from my account each month and after several attempts to get them to STOP charging my account, and to get the money back, it's been a battle.
