I would leave a zero if it would let me. I went to this office for a small meeting 5 people which i had booked 2 days before . When i got there the lady at the desk could not find my booking and refused to let us in. I went on website and some other lady who manager said tk me ok thanks for letting me know. Thwy could not find my account at the desk but sure wnough they could bill My account the 250$ 2 days later This is the worst company rent out dunkin before this place . Spectacular facility! The staff are friendly professional and responsive. The building is clean and well maintained.
Longstanding attorney customer for 28 years and had to leave because of charges to the account that were clearly wrong, and when waiting for it to be corrected, they then provided a late payment fee. Now that I've left, they have refused to return the retainer they had since 1995. I've provided them proof of the retainer from their system, and now they refuse to respond or pay the retainer.
