Spectacular facility! The staff are friendly professional and responsive. The building is clean and well maintained.
Longstanding attorney customer for 28 years and had to leave because of charges to the account that were clearly wrong, and when waiting for it to be corrected, they then provided a late payment fee. Now that I've left, they have refused to return the retainer they had since 1995. I've provided them proof of the retainer from their system, and now they refuse to respond or pay the retainer. I rent an office at this location and the internet service has been out for 8 full days. This means the space has been basically useless for me, and I am sure for most if not all of the other tenants. There has yet to be a communication as to when this will be resolved. When I reached out to the person who leased my this space she told me this issue was "out of their control". The office space is fine and the people at the front desk are friendly.
