I rent an office at this location and the internet service has been out for 8 full days. This means the space has been basically useless for me, and I am sure for most if not all of the other tenants. There has yet to be a communication as to when this will be resolved. When I reached out to the person who leased my this space she told me this issue was "out of their control". The office space is fine and the people at the front desk are friendly. Sandy was very unhelpful. Customer service has no quality.
Regus is a corrupt business. They auto renewed my lease 7/3. I cancelled 7/9 when I realized they did and now they are trying to say I need to pay until September 2024 (next year?!) What corrupt nonsense is this. Look them up online tons of complaints for similar unethical proceedings. The "manager" (secretary) of the location is unhelpful. I've gotten eye rolls for not calling in advance and asking for my mail before showing up during 9-5 business hours because "what if the two secretary's aren't there" - if there's two peo... read more
