I’ve been renting office spaces here by the hour, and I’m incredibly impressed with the service. On my first visit, I accidentally left a ring in the bathroom, and the office manager, Vee, made sure it was returned to me. She’s also been fantastic at helping me find the right space, always ensuring I have a quiet environment to get my work done. Maggie the community manager is very kind, helpful and supportive of new businesses. Meet with her directly if you are looking to lease a business office in Burbank. She will explain all of the initial costs and benefits that the Regus national sales team might have not explained to you when you were signing up. Absolute worst company to do business with. Classic bait and switch. They try to include hidden charges that were not in the contract. Then they charge you late charges for not paying those phantom fees you never approved. And then ultimately they pile up the fees and charge you exorbitant fees to put your account current. Avoid this company. They are absolutely horrible. And the customer service is the worst.
Please do not do business with establishment. I cancelled my subscription April 10th and requested not to be renewed for another year starting July 1st (Triple the rate). They charged me for July and August 2023 and refused to refund my money. I did not authorize these charges.
