Terrible account management, lack of customer service, charges late fees after your payment has processed. Several late fees. Will not take phone calls. There is no help desk unless you put in a ticket and even then no one answers. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. BUYER BEWARE. THIS IS A SCAM. They refuse to contact anyone that actually needs help. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Regus. I rented office space on a month-to-month basis for February and March 2024. Instead of being charged twice, as agreed upon, my credit card was charged four times without authorization. To make matters worse, I am still waiting for my retainer deposit to be returned. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, Regus has been unresponsive. This is unacceptable and feels like a complete rip-off. Never Rent here. Have been a long term tenant and they auto renewed my contract with a 35% rent increase. Such greed in times of pandemic is completely unprofessional.
