Terrible account management, lack of customer service, charges late fees after your payment has processed. Several late fees. Will not take phone calls. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Regus. I rented office space on a month-to-month basis for February and March 2024. Instead of being charged twice, as agreed upon, my credit card was charged four times without authorization. To make matters worse, I am still waiting for my retainer deposit to be returned. Never Rent here. Have been a long term tenant and they auto renewed my contract with a 35% rent increase. Such greed in times of pandemic is completely unprofessional.
