I wish I could give negative stars. After providing them with my phone number, I have received phone calls from them every hour on random days for the past two weeks. If I answer the phone calls, they remain silent and hang up after 10 seconds. I called their office, and they said they would stop — that was a week ago.

My nightmare started soon after I signed up with Regus Brisbane at Ann Street. Since registered I could not have access to their members' page nor their app. After waiting for 3 months or more, I decided to give up and asked for termination via email. But then I was told I could only make the cancellation via the app which I didnt have access too. I signed up with Regus Anne st, Brisbane. The set up time took too long. I was told that I would be allocated a phone number as soon as the received the signed contract. Then I was told that they needed payment first. I was also told not to pay until the invoices were adjusted. 3 weeks of waiting to launch my website as I had no number. I have been charged for postage and franking that I have never used. I asked to cancel the contract before it was approved because of the length of time I was waiting.
