Horrible management overall. The local manager in Boulder behaved as if she didn't have to do anything unless someone complained and then she would react defensively. They never cleaned the offices prior to occupation of the space, did not supply desks and chairs in working order. There was regularly drug paraphernalia on the outside stairs of the offices, broken coffee machines, broken water dispensers. It was generally a mess. Tons of illogical fees get added that'll leave you still paying long after your agreement has ended. However, the receptionist is very kind and helpful.
They have all sorts of hidden fees that they'll tack on to your bill, and send you invoices after they're due so that you're stuck paying late fees. They staff the reception for very limited hours, so if you need to get a hold of someone, you're probably out of luck. It's a very poor value and level of service for what they charge.
