Then my personal bank account got charged $217 $106 on 1-19-24 then on 1-30-24 charged $217 and $70 now pending charges are $217 and $49. I’ve only been there two weeks they took out over $1000 out. The staff: both Christine and Emily have gone above and beyond to help me. During all of the difficultiesfrom the Covid protocol and the remodel. They have been able to help me and my clients navigate.Professional, and ability to communicate- make the working environment pleasant.
I’ve been renting a ~80 sqft private office in Regus for 2.5 months and I fully regret my decision. While the office looks private it is not private at all - the walls are paper thin and since I can hear every word uttered in the offices next to me even when all the doors are closed. In the last 2.5 months I heard people talking about proprietary information; I heard a husband fighting with his wife; I even heard a conversation between a doctor and his patients!!! I signed up for this service to have access to the Newton location, which I explained to the rep when I signed up. It turns out that this location is under construction, so therefore closed for months. I only found this out when I went to reserve an office there and got a call from their employee in the Newton office. I asked to have my account canceled and refunded. They refused to refund and are in fact charging me for 2 months. This is a scam.
