If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Unfortunately, I’ve experienced ongoing issues with misplaced mail on several occasions. Most recently, I called to ask if I had any mail, and the receptionist told me no. I explained that there had to be a mistake because I knew I was expecting mail. She initially said she could check the next day because she got off at 5:00 pm, even though it was only around 4:30 pm at the time of the call. As a tenant at Regus Bloomfield Hills, I've been consistently impressed by the outstanding customer service and care provided by Wendy and Devan. They are the heart of this location, always approachable, proactive, and genuinely committed to ensuring a fantastic experience for all tenants. From answering questions to handling requests, their professionalism and warmth are truly incredible. It makes a significant positive impact on my work environment.
