To say our experience with Regus has been poor is an understatement. From the beginning until the end there has been nothing but issues. Hidden charges and inability to contact management. We were warned by others of their practices and should have listened.
We rent out coworking spaces at various locations around the US and currently have memberships with 3 right now. We were members at a Regus location in West Palm Beach, Florida and had a great experience, the office staff in Florida were exceptional and very responsive. This location in Birmingham Michigan has been the most difficult to work with! Constant billing issues that don't get resolved timely or at all. Getting your security deposit back is near impossible.
