The receptionist at this place is so rude and unwelcoming. She huffs and puffs behind the desk, doesn’t acknowledge you when you walk in, swears whilst she’s talking to herself moaning about her job. It puts a real taint in visiting here.

** another update so a star lost (sorry, not sorry) Still not repaired. No communication. It's now cold so presumably Kier Starmer is running the show. *** Update to my previous review. It is now summer and there is STILL no air conditioning. The offices are like mini saunas but no towels are provided. The office has also now developed a continuous odour of faeces - not pleasant, nor welcoming and no signs of anything being done about that either.
