Kendall and Devin at the front are fantastic
The Bedford Regus is a great facility. The staff - Kindell and Devin - are exceptional. They are highly attentive to the needs of their customers and have a great can-do attitude. They keep the facility clean and well maintained. I enjoy what they bring to the center.
It's ok
Very pricey for such small spaces with very little amenities
Do not sign a contract! They sent an automatic renewal 2 months prior to our contract ending. I submitted the cancellation online twice, then went into the local office with a letter and sent it to Regus support. I received a confirmation email for our cancellation. They still renewed my contract and are now attempting legal actions for breach of contract that we didn't sign! Absolutely terrible customer service, completely useless.
