After nearly two years as a tenant, I can confidently say this was one of the worst business decisions I've made. The most serious issues involve health and safety hazards that management refuses to properly address. The office staff is very nice but the building itself has issues. The HVAC is awful. Too cold in the winter and not working properly in the heat. Both temperature control and humidity are issues. The entire building was sweating today and many of the tenants including me are getting concerned about mold. Apparently the HVAC issues have been going on for a while and Regis has not been effective at getting the building owners to address them.
