My business gets mailed delivered here and nobody is ever in the office when I go to pick it up.

I started renting from Regus in 2021 and was so happy with the community manager Monica and the culture of the space, I rented out another office in 2022. That all changed in late 2024 when a new community manager took over. My clients started commenting on how unfriendly and unwelcoming the front desk was now. I was excited when we got 2 offices at Regus back in June. However, if you look what you pay per sq ft, it's really pricey. The people at the office are wonderful. I do not have any complaints with them, however, Regus corporate is an entirely different issue.
