I started renting from Regus in 2021 and was so happy with the community manager Monica and the culture of the space, I rented out another office in 2022. That all changed in late 2024 when a new community manager took over. My clients started commenting on how unfriendly and unwelcoming the front desk was now. I was excited when we got 2 offices at Regus back in June. However, if you look what you pay per sq ft, it's really pricey. The people at the office are wonderful. I do not have any complaints with them, however, Regus corporate is an entirely different issue. If you are looking to sign with Regus here are the things to look out for: 1) They take their rent out of your account 11-12 days early (on the 20th of the prior month). 2) they nickel & dime you for everything...$40 for coffee access, $39 for a small meeting room, $1/... read more
They literally let my abuser take everything out of the office while I was away for less than the most recent month I paid for. Litterly have this month still paid up and they trespassed me while I was still current and up to date with their payments. They also the most severable TOS ever with statements as broad as not doing "any business" anywhere else in the world, as of I can't work for multiple companies. Total clown show these people.
It has been an absolute nightmare dealing with them. Their invoicing is purposely confusing, the account help desk, manager Monica or supervisor Jackynn are useless. The quality of the service has greatly decrease, the coffee machine was damage for more than two moths and they charge you for the service, the AC /Heater of the offices is a nightmare.
