I am an existing client, and tried to open a new account for additional services. After asking for assistance in-person on location, I was directed to to the website to complete the signup. Upon first attempt, I realized I did not have all necessary items to set up a separate account. I returned three months later to finalize the setup, only to realize Regus had started charging me from my initial login to there website. My business gets mail delivered here and nobody is ever in the office when I go to pick it up… I have contacted the office multiple times and never get a resolution. Their latest excuse was “The center has a government mandated lunch period between 1-2pm.“ The government doesn’t force Regus to skimp out on staffing and make the receptionist work extended 9 hour days with no backup.
