I've been a small business owner at this Regus center since September 2020! The office is clean, professional, well kept, well lighted, has plenty of free parking, great access from the highway, bus, and light rail. Our community manager is service oriented and very responsive. I plan to be here for a very long time!
Staff is rude, when you need help they say put in request thru the app. All I get back is a generic responce from their overseas seas help desk in the middle of the night. Avoid any regus location like the plague. Especially S vaughn with their shady employees.
Worst business to work with ever! Incompetent and there is no way to escalate issues. Don't rent offices here Zero stars
Reply to the responce on the last review: I did make a help ticket they were 0 help. Nobody can help me on this apparently. Horrible experience.
