If I could leave 0 stars I would. This local Regus runs an absolutely bizarre operation. (THE FRONT DESK STAFF ARE NOT THE PROBLEM). Their leasing team is absolutely terrible. I had an office in this space for over 4 years and when my most recent lease was up they wanted to increase my rent by 62%!? I literally thought it was a typo and when I was told to speak to the local manager she said "we base it off market rate so there's nothing I can do." I've been a small business owner at this Regus center since September 2020! The office is clean, professional, well kept, well lighted, has plenty of free parking, great access from the highway, bus, and light rail. Our community manager is service oriented and very responsive. I plan to be here for a very long time!
Staff is rude, when you need help they say put in request thru the app. All I get back is a generic responce from their overseas seas help desk in the middle of the night. Avoid any regus location like the plague. Especially S vaughn with their shady employees.
Worst business to work with ever! Incompetent and there is no way to escalate issues. Don't rent offices here Zero stars
