Regus billing system is a scam. Stay far away. Their systems are automated with no human support. Their convoluted lease, deposit, and payment system is structured to generate additional fees that will drain your account. This is the only One Star Review I have ever given. This company is BAD.
I've been a tenant at Regus for about a year and a half now. Diedre and Eric are very friendly and helpful! It's nice to see their smiling faces when I come into work everyday. The space is always clean and parking is easy to find.
The service at this Regus is the best.I feel taken care off and my clients feel the warmth at this office. I will continue doing business here.. Conference room is spacious, clean and the lady at the front is always helpful.
I was fortunate to call this Regus office home for 5+ years. While there has been some staff turnover, everyone at the center has always made every effort to accommodate our needs. Can’t say enough about the Biltmore Towncenter — wonderful local business walkable, clean, and abundant free parking. Only moving on because our business has outgrown this location. Highly recommend!
Deirdre and Eric at Regus were wonderful hosts! We rented a boardroom for two days. The room was soundproof, easily accessible, clean, and provided easy access to amenities (wifi, extra monitor/projector, dry erase board, and more). There is a nice machine to make all sorts of coffee drinks in a nearby kitchenette space, and the Biltmore complex has Mosaic Cafe & other places to get food in walking distance. Thanks for a great experience!
