This is a great place to hold or host a meeting. The receptionist was more than helpful and we get along .ore accomplished out of the office.
We keep canceling services but they show back up and get extended. Office manager assured us it would be fixed but it never was. Online attempts at a solution just get some canned response that doesn't fix anything.
We get charged for calling to check for mail. We're charged for mail forwarding but have to go pickup our mail. They refuse to return fees for services, even when they haven't performed them. We were told by the office manager to work through him for canceling our contract, yet it renewed anyway in their system. He assured us it would be fixed but it never was. They refuse to refund our deposit or cancel our agreement, even though we already did it online. Run Away!
