I had two Regus offices - - San Antonio and Allen. I would never use Regus again, they use dirty business practices. I have been trying to get my retainer deposit back from Regus San Antonio for over 18 months - - FOR A VIRTUAL OFFICE. It is next to impossible to reach anyone who can do anything, all the correspondence goes through the front desk people who can't do anything. This is the WORST experience ever. I signed a contract with them in November last year and have since faced ongoing issues. Despite receiving multiple incorrect invoices for services I did not sign up for, my attempts to resolve this through emails and calls have been ignored. Due to these billing inaccuracies, I've been unable to make payments, leading to my account being sent to a debt collection agency. Then they sent me with an ultimatum: to pay the full amount of the incorrect invoices or to pay for the rest of the year... read more
this was a very good place to take several meetings in between different meetings in the area.
Arbrook Realty has been a tenant at Regus since October 2016! Although we have a virtual office business platform it has been a pleasure to have a nice and professional office to meet clients. The new remodel is absolutely stunning! Thanks Regus!
