Kimberley presented it as a simple month-to-month arrangement, which was the entire reason I agreed to sign up. Great location! Surrounded by beautiful shopping area with solid restaurants. Sherry at the front desk is amazing and super helpful. As long as she's around, I highly recommend the location. Just make sure to always read the fine print on your agreement, which Sherry will help things make clear for you.
