BEWARE - deceptive agent marketing strategies. I was looking for an office to use for only a month. I made this clear to the agent, Zin White when signing up. He said he would give me a "discount" on the contract. He made it seem like a simple process to cancel if you didn't want to continue on a month-by-month basis. Somehow, he didn't tell disclose the fact that if you want to cancel the contract, that it's a "30 day notice" but that if sign it any time after the beginning of the month, that it expires at the end of the su... read more
