Regus's business practices leave a lot to be desired. Their standard agreement--a long legal document--includes additional fees and costs. Beware of the Legaleze and read every word. They are completely inflexible and require a special online request to return the retainer at the end of your lease. They give only 30 days for you to figure out and request an amount that is 2x your monthly rent. They did not bother to remind you to do so when you turn the keys in.
