I have been trying to get a refund for months because they didn’t give me back my deposit. Its in my online account but not my bank account. There is no help or phone number once you sign up. There is all the help in the world to get your registered for an office though.
Not recommended, very expensive comparable with same facility in the area.
I regret to inform you that my experience with this company has been less than satisfactory. The lack of professionalism and the sudden increase in office rates without prior notice are unacceptable. Furthermore, the rude behavior of the staff is deeply concerning. I strongly advise against engaging in business with this company.
I wanted to get a space. But the sales team was very unprofessional. The sales guy pretty much insulted me by accusing me of lying about what I do as a profession. Wasted my time asking me to wait for a sales manager, then meeting with the sales manager. NoAll I wanted is to see the desk or the room and know the price. But they would not show or say until wasting tons of your time. They wanna waste your time so that by the time you see the place and know their price, you don't have energy to look at other options.
