Never rent a place at Regus, I had monthly contract and stayed only 3 months . my office room got a new paint one month after a moved in and I was using the office very rarely. I have never asked them to paint the room. I cancelled the contract and had to pay one more ret even without a day of using it. When I moved out there was not even a single scratch and damage, They did charge me extra 520 cad for restoration fee. do not fall into this trap. stay away from Regus!!
Please be careful, its the same whatever the agent will tell you on the phone. I was very disappointed, they are charging many hidden fees.
WATCH OUT!! They blindly charge a activation fee and the current and next month before answering your questions. Very shady business practices. Reached out before the 15th to cancel and was only given directions on how to cancel after being billed for the next month. This organization is a bunch of scammers
Be careful of doing ANY type of business with this company I am starting to think that their model is to also try to try to get people into contracts and litigate. I never signed up to do business with this company one of my contractors thought it would be a good idea to look at getting a virtual space at one of their addresses.
