It’s a pretty decent serviced office offering for a sme. Well maintained space. Really helpful and lovely front office team. They are quick to acknowledge and attend to any issues or requests that I’ve put forward over my tenancy with them and always followed up on progress.
Beware of their highly deceptive contract terms! It is shockingly unfair and designed to trap customers. They auto-renew the contract a full three months before the expiry date—and if you miss their notice (whether it lands in your junk mail or gets overlooked for any reason), you’re stuck. There’s no way to opt out once it’s renewed. What’s even more outrageous?
