If I could leave a 0 Review I would. This company started off great until I tried to cancel my agreements. I cancelled my agreements before the requested dates only to have my agreements auto-renewed again. When trying to solve these issues there is no one to contact, no customer service and the front desk tried to advocate on by behalf but was denied. Come to find out all of their accounts are offshore and they do not have any form of direct contact. Even my lawyer can't connect with them directly. I will 100% be suing them... read more
So dissapointingly difficult to deal with, then they have issues with their pre-approved payment system and when you spend 45 days dealing with their helpdesk, they send you other customers private personal information and then argue when you explain they have sent someone's else's information until you draw them a picture.
