So dissapointingly difficult to deal with, then they have issues with their pre-approved payment system and when you spend 45 days dealing with their helpdesk, they send you other customers private personal information and then argue when you explain they have sent someone's else's information until you draw them a picture.
Never agreed to extending the address. Terrible treatment of clients ... forcibly trying to collect for several months on a false past due of c$71.xx.

Extremely Disappointed with Lack of Transparency I am deeply disappointed with my experience at Regus due to the lack of transparency in their contract terms. I signed up for a 24-month agreement based on the lower rates advertised, but was not clearly informed that the contract had a strict non-termination clause.
