If I could give less than one star I would. This company is very sneaky, and harmful to small businesses. There is no early lease termination, no subletting, no way out of your contract. I have rented with them since 10/2023, in Dec of 2024 I spoke with them regarding lease termination and was told I had to complete the lease term. I moved out of the office in Feb of 2025 and continued to make payments to remain in good standing. As of today they are forcing me into another 1 year automatic lease renewal. Genie rocks. Got me set up and through the process quickly! Excellent service and excellent facility.
I just signed up for a new lease on an office space here. I’ve spent one day “test driving” it. It seems awesome. Yes there are some upcharges but overall a fairly affordable workspace for how nice the building is.
Genie is so helpful!! She always helps if we need something and is so friendly!! She’s been a doll to work with! The space is clean and quite perfect for interviewing or even just some personal space to get some work done!! Very friendly and professional space!!
