The office space itself is nice, but the management is extremely unreliable. My lease rate was nearly doubled after just one year with no reasonable explanation. I then signed an agreement for a different office in the building, but management gave that space away to someone else — after I had already committed to it. Even then, they still refused to release me from my lease. Very disappointing experience and a clear lack of accountability.

If I could give less than one star I would. This company is very sneaky, and harmful to small businesses. There is no early lease termination, no subletting, no way out of your contract. I have rented with them since 10/2023, in Dec of 2024 I spoke with them regarding lease termination and was told I had to complete the lease term. I moved out of the office in Feb of 2025 and continued to make payments to remain in good standing. As of today they are forcing me into another 1 year automatic lease renewal. I just signed up for a new lease on an office space here. I’ve spent one day “test driving” it. It seems awesome. Yes there are some upcharges but overall a fairly affordable workspace for how nice the building is.
