Very unprofessional experience from start to finish. What should have been a simple process became long, frustrating, and exhausting due to poor communication and repeated scripted responses. I canceled shortly after signing, (1 hour) yet Regus continued charging my card which I did not give authorization too even after termination and during an active dispute. Recently joined Regus for my local business office needs, location is just what I was looking for as a representation of my business. I am so impressed by their front desk personnel, Sheila.
