I paid for this service months ago. For a virtual office. The whole process has been unreasonably difficult and complicated. I’ve never gotten the benefit of what I’ve paid for. No mail, no forwarding nothing. I try to cancel and notify them in writing they direct me to some email. No clear instructions and not a link. Now 2 months later I’m still getting charged for a service I haven’t used and asked to cancel. I have no idea how to sign into your portal. No one has instructed me how? Make this easy.
