Worst office rental experience of my life. The front desk is never staffed so it’s impossible to receive mail. The bathrooms are always dirty. There were multiple plumbing issues while I rented. Their sales people make false promises and lure you in with promotions only to jack up your renewal rate to unfathomable numbers. My windowless little 200 sqft room went from $900/mo to $2100 a mo. Horrible! They don’t answer the phone, they don’t respond to emails and the location is only open from 8-9am! This is the most unprofessional service I have ever received. I’m about to cancel my account and find another virtual office space
