Excellence experience at this office. Community Manager Ms Z. King is the best and most supportive person to go with. She helped me phone billing service issue and fixed the account. Highly recommended to all new business owners
Not a good experience at this 1st floor office. Community Manager Ms Zakira not helpful for new member at all. She cuts my phone line twice or just rush to call and hang up quickly. I asked her a physically phone line connection, mentioned go online or she said I don’t know and they don’t care after you paid monthly dues - parking is biggest problem. Desk have no side cabinets if they promised but didnot delivers to member
Zikia at the front desk is AMAZING, she saved the day for our large meeting group and made our visit wonderful!
