Great location and a solid facility but the Regus team and customer service is quite underwhelming. The building is mostly empty which maybe why it’s consistently cold in both fall and winter despite thermostats being set properly. They will automatically charge you for a monthly conf fee subscription and priority internet without your consent. She consistently went above and beyond to assist me - her friendly demeanor, helpful attitude made every interaction a positive experience! Her dedication to providing excellent customer service is truly commendable.
Nice building and wonderfully located near Music Row.
