This is regarding my recent booking at your Wellington Ave. location on Tuesday, September 30, from 14:00 to 17:00. I arrived at 13:50 but was unable to access the building as the downstairs door was locked. The Regus app failed to open the door. I immediately submitted a help desk ticket but received no response. J'ai relancé une première fois et j'ai reçu deux propositions d'immeubles mais pas de détails sur quel bureau correspond à quel prix. Ne respecte pas le contrat - Facture plus cher que convenu - Mauvais Service Client - Une fois signé, Regus tient sa clientèle en otage et refuse d’aider.
