I would not recommend anyone to work with this company. These are dishonest people who are just looking for a way to take more money for things that were initially said differently. I hope someone in management does something about the manager named Anna. In my opinion, this company has no right to exist because there are so many better alternatives. If I managed to keep at least one person from approaching them, then I have won.

I contacted this company only to view an office space they advertised online. I stated clearly that I was just looking. During the visit, I was misled into signing a paper that was explained to me as simply taking the listing down for a few days to show I was “interested,” with no cost involved. I’ve happily rented a single-person office here since summer 2023, and it’s been a fantastic experience. Before signing, I did a lot of research and comparisons in the area, and this center truly offers the best value for a physical office space. Unlike most Regus locations, this one has an open-concept lounge with booths, tables, and even a phone room for calls. Deceptive business practices. I’m a federal contractor and owner of a trucking company but needed a physical address to register my company with. I mistakenly chose Regus. I actually drove to the location after filling out paperwork online and I requested a physical address…and spoke with a lady at the desk named Larkey Charleton and explained my situation. I was promised the address was a legit office so I paid for an office,turns out it’s just a P.O. box. Banks and the IRS rejected it. I then forgot I had some important information being mailed there and someone stole my businesses credit card and maxed it out. Horrible horrible business practices
