Regus has been a challenging company to work with in Canada. I strongly advise caution when dealing with their sales staff. Firstly, the building lacks essential security measures like cameras, which became evident during an argument where there was no security presence. Regarding our contract, despite agreeing to move to a larger office and signing the necessary paperwork, their system encountered issues, failing to register our contract. Really bad experience with this company that does provide any way to resolve issues that arise, you will be facing an endless loop and never get your money back!! Still have not received my deposit after months of contacting their support!!!

(Stay away from this company ) You need to teach your staff some manners and customers service skills. Took and office at your west Georgia location for the first time .and the moment I walked in I have to deal with a roude and disrespectful front desk lady. That makes me and my client standing in middle of the hallway until she had and office room avalibel for us and after that constantly reminded me that I have to leave the building before 5pm. I just want to cancel my contract as immediately
