Worked with Eric Tung and I signed up for a 6 month contract. I asked his 2 times verbally if the price will change after the 6 months and he said "The price should be the same on the renewal." Which led me to beleive that I was getting roughly the same price. It came out that the price more than doubled on the renewal. Great space
I had items stolen from my private office at Regus Yaletown in July 2025. Regus later admitted the lock on my door was faulty and only fixed it after the theft. There are no cameras, and management even acknowledged this was “another incident.” Despite this, local management refused accountability and hid behind policy clauses. Even after escalating to the CEO, nothing has been resolved. Poor security and no accountability. I would not recommend this location.
This a great Regus for lounge members as there are at least 8 desks, and it is QUIET. So you'll get your work done, without the craziness of a location like the West 8th Spaces which is a gong show due to the amount of people talking non-stop. I've been to all the Regus locations in Vancouver, and this is my favourite.
Update on the ticket opened for me in the owner's reply. Nothing came of it. Trust me, you're better off elsewhere. -------- I chose Regus Yaletown on a friend's recommendation, as he has an office there and was happy with it. I love the neighbourhood, live nearby, and was looking forward to working outside my home for a change. I considered a 6 or 12-month term but opted to start month-to-month to test the waters.
