Wouldn't recommend here. I still receive invoices from them, have yet to get my refund for my deposit (2 months later), and their help desk has still not responded to my message from 3 weeks ago (they keep saying "we'll get back to you soon"). UPDATE: it has been 4 weeks since I reached out again about them sending me invoices + not sending my refund. Every ~5 days I get an email saying they're working on it. 2 days ago they said they're escalating it. Absolutely crazy. Vibe were also bad in there as well.
Been there once - never going back. Sat in the co-working area and all we could hear were both receptionists speaking ill of Regus's clients/customers who were emailing them & mocking their inquiries. I'll spare the details but the experience was so unpleasant that even my headphones couldn't block out their belittling remarks. It was truly a shocking experience.
Asked to see the space and was contacted by a sales representative. Told her I was looking for 5 days and asked best options. The conversation went around and around. Not sure if it was AI but 3 emails later, was never provided any information or pricing that would meet my needs. Gave up and went somewhere else.
