Be careful of doing ANY type of business with this company I am starting to think that their model is to also try to try to get people into contracts and litigate. I never signed up to do business with this company one of my contractors thought it would be a good idea to look at getting a virtual space at one of their addresses. I have put my reviews for Syntex office and I want to again remind. No action has still been taken. You already know the ticket number cz it's not yet been resolved. Now you want me to go back and forth on the ticket number as well? My ques is how long I have to wait for my own money? Do you have intentions to resolve or we just gonna hear your apologies and excuses? WHEN AM I GOING TO GET THE MONEY BACK
My next year renewal is starting from March 1 2024. Today, Dec 12, 2023, I requested to terminate the renewal but they said it can’t be done because they have already sent one reminder in Nov 2023. How can one keep track of renewals so early? Nice trick to make money. Sad, I can’t give 0 stars. I have been a customer for so long and this is how they treat their clients.
