Unfortunately very bad customer service by the secretary lady office assistant, her name (Linda) she's very rude so much, and very bad service and inflexible, not good behavior towards clients visiting the company's and offices, many people's and friends are have complained about her .
Be careful of doing ANY type of business with this company I am starting to think that their model is to also try to try to get people into contracts and litigate. I never signed up to do business with this company one of my contractors thought it would be a good idea to look at getting a virtual space at one of their addresses. For whatever reason their system created two profiles for us - I immediately let them know that I wasn't interested and tried now to cancel the account. I never signed a contract with them... I have put my reviews for Syntex office and I want to again remind. No action has still been taken. You already know the ticket number cz it's not yet been resolved. Now you want me to go back and forth on the ticket number as well? My ques is how long I have to wait for my own money?
