I have put my reviews for Syntex office and I want to again remind. No action has still been taken. You already know the ticket number cz it's not yet been resolved. Now you want me to go back and forth on the ticket number as well? My ques is how long I have to wait for my own money? My next year renewal is starting from March 1 2024. Today, Dec 12, 2023, I requested to terminate the renewal but they said it can’t be done because they have already sent one reminder in Nov 2023. How can one keep track of renewals so early? Nice trick to make money. Sad, I can’t give 0 stars. I have been a customer for so long and this is how they treat their clients.

It was areal unfortunate experience with Regus. We paid last month as security deposit for virtual office but they did a mistake transferring the money back and never correct it, shortly, we did not receive the security deposit because they did not fix their mistake and they stopped responding to our emails. Nor recommended at all
