The personnel working at this location in Lakeville are great, and the offices are clean and quite. However... Read the fine print of the contract that Regus holds you too, even though they don't hold themselves to it. We are on 40+ days after Regus was contractually obligated to return our retainer invoice, and we have yet to receive it, and are being told to keep waiting and checking. The website and the local office are not in alignment. I made my reservation the wrong day by mistake. The website showed a $0 cancelation fee with no mention of a balance. The local office billed me for the whole day even though I let them know that I chose the wrong day by mistake AND the office was empty besides one other person that day. I could see if the place was full and they lost business. This was not the case.
