The website and the local office are not in alignment. I made my reservation the wrong day by mistake. The website showed a $0 cancelation fee with no mention of a balance. The local office billed me for the whole day even though I let them know that I chose the wrong day by mistake AND the office was empty besides one other person that day. I could see if the place was full and they lost business. This was not the case.
