I have a small agency in the Regus buiding, the office building is well maintained, and the other tenants in the building are professional and friendly, the reception area is excellent, if there is something I needed done, I am sure I can count on them, I have been able to come and go, even if its very early, or very late, good parking area, and the housekeepers do a great job. I definitely don’t recommend this place. They are the biggest scam and rip off I have ever dealt with. I only needed to rent the office during renovations for one month. I signed up and they helped me cancel the very first Conveniently it didn’t go through so they charge me an extra month that I didn’t need and then failed to tell me there was a $290 charge just to do paperwork they make it extremely difficult for you to cancel. It’s a complete rip off.

I've been using them for over a year with mixed results but finally decided to cancel when they threatened to send me to collections due to a glitch in their autopay system. I called to cancel and it turns out that due to some sleight of hand on their part I'm locked into a new 6-month contract that doesn't even start until November and I'll be required to keep paying for through April of next year. Terrible experience, wouldn't recommend.

Macy and Kiara, at the front desk, are both so wonderful! Both are so friendly and we Kieffer Tax treasure both of them. We rely on them, and they never let us down. I want to express that Macy is incredible. She is friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, always available, and consistently goes the extra mile. Our many clients love her and so do we! As the "face" of the Missoula Regus, she is exemplary in every way.
