Hi, Could you please return my retainer? It has been two months since I left Regus, and I still have not received any response from your customer support regarding when I will get my deposit back. After doing some research, I noticed that Regus withholding customers' retainers is a common issue. I never thought I’d be a victim of this, yet here I am. FYI for anyone thinking of joining, make sure you speak to an agent located locally (aka Canada). I was looking to sign up for a membership and sent a message from the website , and was inundated with emails from different sales reps. Only after accepting the agreement did it show that I was being billed in US dollars (!) because the rep that I was working with happened to be based in New York — nowhere else did it show the currency until afterwards.
