BE CAREFUL WITH REGUS. It's daylight robbery, in my opinion. My contract with them was due to end in September 2025. They informed me that the rent increase was 36% (from $925 to almost $1,500). I spoke with the manager in writing, and they agreed to a 5% increase for a two-year contract. They sent me a link to sign the contract. I noticed that it said “accept” without any further details. C est une arnaque. Ils ne vont pas vous laisser canceler votre contrat. Je vais les poursuivre en justice. J'ai arrêté de mon contrat en ligne et ils continuent de m'envoyer des factures. Vous aurez aucun moyen de leur parler au téléphone. Une vraie arnaque. Faites très très attention.
Very disappointed with my experience. I was told over the phone by Sarah Charvoz that the total cost for the virtual office subscription would be $96.92 after a discount, and I followed all the instructions she gave me, including signing a form she sent. Despite this, I was charged $155.58 and received two invoices, which was never explained to me. When I called back to clarify, Sarah seemed unsure, transferred me to a number that no one answered, and then told me she couldn’t help. There was no clear explanation or support.... read more
Regus is the worst company on the planet. Their services are over priced. If you cancel your contract properly, you will be ignored and continue to receive invoices for years. They knowingly ignore the Human Rights Code when asked to accommodate disabilities. They will also harass you almost to the point of it being a criminal offence. There are less expensive options in Ottawa that will actually provide great customer service. Regus is in a convenient location but their service is absolute garbage. 1000% stay away!!!
