I genuinely could not wait for my contract with Regus to end. Dealing with this company has been one of the most frustrating business experiences I have had. This company is a complete scam. They charge hidden fees and their staff provides inaccurate and misleading information. When I asked about the extra deductions, they simply said “it was in the contract,” even though their staff clearly told me a different amount. If everything is in the contract, then why have staff members to answer questions? They gave irrelevant and wrong information, and later the contract showed something completely different.
