This company is a complete scam. They charge hidden fees and their staff provides inaccurate and misleading information. When I asked about the extra deductions, they simply said “it was in the contract,” even though their staff clearly told me a different amount. If everything is in the contract, then why have staff members to answer questions? They gave irrelevant and wrong information, and later the contract showed something completely different. We had a great experience working with Mirella! She was incredibly helpful and welcoming from the start. She took the time to show us around the new office spaces and guided us through the setup process with such professionalism and ease. Thanks to her support, everything went smoothly, and we felt well taken care of throughout. Truly appreciate her efforts and friendly attitude — she made the whole transition so much easier!
A clean, modern and contemporary office building. There is also security on site twenty-four hours a day.
One-Star Review • Unexpected and unreasonable fees, including a $451.25 “Restoration Fee” despite leaving the office in pristine condition. • Repeated internet connectivity issues, even after being charged for “Internet Priority.” Given these experiences, I will not consider using this company again.
