I do not recommend any startup or small business to use their services when out of province. Rented for a 9 years as a virtual office, never notified me about mail for years, then they realized there was mail (held for years), then started charging for handling it. On the way out, then decided to charge an extra $9.45 for taking a single spam mail and throwing it in the garbage, wouldn't even waive it after all these years of service. Such an amazing multi office space! Staff are amazing.
This company is a big scam …worst customer service.I signed a online lease on 30 may and even not finished with pay-process and request for cancellation on 31st may .I never got a key for office or no access to location and this company still invoices me $895( including fee and deposit )for signing up for one small office space without any service provided by them.I would never recommend any one to signup any contract with them.
