I've been going to CBI Health for the last 4 years, and the staff have been more than accommodating and very friendly and welcoming. It's a great place to go to for physical therapy. I recommend people to go to this location.

Keep charging me $25 for mail forwarding, when I had never requested it, and neither did they forward me the mail. After numerous attempts they shut it down, this company follows shady practices, I suggest reading fine prints and being careful doing business with them.
