It's not normal to leave several voicemails and never get a call back. It's not normal that payments get processed then refunded, then Regus decides to deal with it by sending it to collections. Until this issue is resolved with due respect, this review stands.

Très déçu de mon expérience. J’ai réservé une salle de conférence pour une partie de la journée (plus de 300 $ taxes incluses) afin de faire une séance photo/vidéo promotionnelle. À mon arrivée, la salle ne correspondait absolument pas aux photos publiées en ligne. J’en ai parlé à la réception : on m’a répondu qu’ils étaient au courant, mais qu’ils ne pouvaient rien y faire et qu’aucun remboursement n’était possible. Résultat : temps et argent perdus.

I am from Florida and needed a work space for my foreign National mortage business. I rented a co sharing space and not only is the location amazing but the staff is outstanding. A HUGE thank you to the office managers Suzie & Danae for their professionalism and for going out of their way to make me feel welcomed. I can’t wait to be back in September!!
