Came to drop a cheque off for one of their clients, asked for a proof of delivery, was refused. The proof of delivery was requested by 2 other agencies involved in the transaction. Asked for how else to confirm the delivery, they advised I need to contact a third party who I've never heard of, asked for the persons phone number and was met with a condescending response.
